The disciplines offered by the Awareness Foundation ("the Foundation") are listed but not limited to the following:

The Monroe Institute & Hemi sync technology® based programs & Workshops, Institute of HeartMath’s technology, workshops & programs, Institute of Awakened Mind & Mind Mirror processes, Progen Aura photography & technology, Geo-Bio Energy Field and Vastu consultation rectification & testing, Bio-Geometry processes, Human Bio-field Tuning Process, L.I.F.E. System process, Foundation for Shamanic studies & other Shamanism processes, AVE Brain-wave Entrainment process, Veda Pulse process, Gas Discharge Visualization process, Dark-field Microscope process, HHO process and any other discipline that may be developed by the Foundation over a period of time. The specified discipline or any other discipline that may be developed and/or adopted in the future by the Foundation, for the purposes of this document shall individually be referred to as "Program" and collectively referred to as "Programs". As a participant to any of the Programs, You are unconditionally accepting the knowledge of the disclaimers mentioned hereunder.

This is a consolidated legal disclaimer stemming from all the Programs and no specific Program. There may be other representations and warranties from the Foundation or associated institutions which may be informed to You in the course of your participation.

• You understand that the Programs will be conducted by a practitioner ("Practitioner(s)") of the Foundation under supervision. Such person(s) is not a licensed medical doctor, chiropractor, psychologist, psychotherapist, osteopath, dietician, dentist, counselor or veterinarian.
• You understand that said Practitioner cannot diagnose, treat / cure and / or prevent any nutritional, medical, psychological diseases / disorder / condition.
• If You find that any of these interventions are beneficial for You, the Practitioner will refer You to the qualified experts in these fields and/or provide these services to You at your request, where ever possible.
• You understand and accept that while utilizing any of the Programs the Practitioner is not diagnosing or treating the physical body, which is the domain of the medical field and other allied health care professionals, but instead is connecting You to the energy or subtle "bodies" that make it possible to manifest a change or transformation, which is then experienced directly by You.
• You understand there is a distinction between healing by way of using any of the Programs and the practice of medicine and/or any other licensed health care practice. Although the Programs appear to have promising emotional, spiritual, and physical health benefits, it has not been extensively researched by academic, medical, and psychological communities.
• You understand that Practitioner does not offer allopathic drugs, surgery, chemical stimulants or any other conventional treatments. In addition, the Practitioner does not diagnose/treat and/or otherwise prescribe for any disease / condition / illness, or perform any act that would constitute the practice of medicine for which a license is required.
• You understand that the Practitioners for any of the Programs retain the right to determine whether or not You can continue with the sessions and the Program. If the Practitioner deems You unsuited for continuation in a session or in the whole Program, the Practitioner will return the balance of your fee on a pro-rata basis.
• You declare that You enter into these activities voluntarily in an effort to increase your knowledge of the subjects under investigation. You have fully understood the risks of participating in the Programs and fully release the Foundation, Practitioners and all related person(s) from all claims and demands which You have, or may have, against them by reason of any injury of any nature which You may suffer as a result of such activities.
• Consideration for this disclaimer is mutual promises and contribution or donation made for participating in the Programs.
• The liability of the Foundation/Practitioner will be capped to the Contribution/Donation made or Rs.5,000, whichever is lower.
• Further to the above, You understand that the information / brochures / tools / handbooks / methodology used and/or any material in any form whatsoever constitutes as "Confidential Information" regardless of the form in which such Confidential Information was communicated to You, whether in writing, orally, by way of documentation, or any such activity occurring during the course of the Program, by no means whatsoever can the same be circulated/ transmitted/ communicated/ shared and/ or any other activities of the same nature by You without the explicit written consent of the Foundation. The above shall not apply to the disclosure of any Confidential Information if and to the extent that such disclosure is:
• required by Law or by any competent regulatory authority; or
• is in the public domain other than through breach of this Clause.

You acknowledge that such Confidential Information is not readily available to the public other than in the course of the Program and has been developed by the Foundation and/or the Associated Institutes and/or people, at great effort and expense. By signing below, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this document and have received acceptable answers to all your questions about the Programs offered by the Foundation. You warrant You are not under any duress at this time and your consent is given voluntarily and without coercion. You further may discontinue the sessions at any time. You may refuse to participate in any particular or specific Program without penalty. You have selected this Program by your free choice. You are aware of the Practitioner’s qualifications and certifications. You understand that he/she will not discourage You from any protocols other doctors have prescribed. You are seeking wellness enhancing suggestions that could reduce stress and thus improve your present health and future wellness.
